Nifty’s newest feature, Bulk Crosslisting, helps sellers move existing inventory onto additional marketplaces without recreating listings one by one. You can create listings in Nifty or your Primary Marketplace, then crosslist multiple items in one action.

Our new Bulk Crosslisting feature reduces the repetitive work of opening and recreating listings individually across marketplaces. It supports crosslisting (not automation) across Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, Depop, Etsy, and Whatnot.

Bulk Crosslisting uses 1 Smart Credit per item. So if you bulk crosslist 25 items on 5 platforms, you’ll use 25 Smart Credits.

Set these up before you start

Before using Bulk Crosslisting regularly, set up your Primary Marketplace, Pricing Rules, and Shipping Presets. Setting these up first can save you time when crosslisting multiple items.

Primary Marketplace

Your Primary Marketplace is where you usually list items first. Go to Settings → Marketplaces, find your usual starting marketplace, and click Set as primary. Nifty will then use this marketplace as the starting point for your listings.

Set Pricing Rules

Your Pricing Rules tell Nifty how to adjust prices for each marketplace. For example, you can use them to cover marketplace fees and shipping costs.

During Bulk Crosslisting, Nifty automatically fills in these rules, but you can review and increase or decrease prices by a percentage across all marketplaces.

Configure Shipping Presets

Shipping Presets let you save shipping options that you use often. If you crosslist different types of items at once, add a condition to each preset so Nifty’s AI can choose the best one for each item.

How to use Nifty’s Bulk Crosslisting

Here’s how you can use Nifty’s Bulk Crosslisting feature in just 5 steps:

Step 1: Select your items

Open your Inventory Manager and check the box next to each inventory item you want to crosslist.

Step 2: Choose your marketplaces

In the box that pops up below, click the green “Crosslist” button. Select each marketplace you want to crosslist to. Nifty supports Poshmark, eBay, Whatnot, Mercari, Depop, and Etsy.

Step 3: Review your pricing

Your Pricing Rules automatically fill in prices for each selected marketplace. Review the prices and make any adjustments before moving forward.

Step 4: Confirm your shipping

Review the Shipping Preset assigned to each item. If Nifty has selected one automatically, confirm it’s correct before moving to the next step. If you’ve set up your usage conditions, you can let Nifty’s AI choose the best preset for each item automatically.

Step 5: Choose drafts or publish

Decide whether you want to save your crosslisted items as drafts or publish them immediately. Choose Save as drafts if you want to review the listing details before they go live. Or, choose Publish now if your listings are ready and don’t need a manual review.

What Bulk Crosslisting changes for sellers

Bulk Crosslisting saves time by letting you crosslist multiple existing items at once instead of recreating each listing manually. Nifty reviews your listing data, uses AI to fill in missing details, and applies your Pricing Rules and Shipping Presets. You can then save the new listings as drafts or publish them.

Not on Nifty? Try Bulk Crosslisting free for 7 days

You can try Nifty’s Bulk Crosslisting free for 7 days. The feature works with your existing inventory and supports Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, Depop, Etsy, and Whatnot.

Here’s what else you get with Nifty:

  • Bulk Crosslisting: Crosslist to Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, Depop, Etsy, and Whatnot for 1 Smart Credit per item, regardless of how many supported marketplaces you select.
  • Customized AI listings: Use Nifty’s AI to generate listing details and set custom instructions for how titles and descriptions should be written. Bulk Crosslisting can also improve existing titles and descriptions according to those instructions.
  • Marketplace-specific Pricing Rules: Set Pricing Rules to account for costs such as marketplace fees and shipping labels. Nifty prefills these rules during Bulk Crosslisting, and you can adjust them before publishing.
  • Shipping Presets: Save your common shipping configurations and add usage conditions so Nifty’s AI can select the appropriate Shipping Preset for each item during Bulk Crosslisting.
  • Auto-Delisting: New crosslisted listings stay linked to the original item, so Auto-Delisting can continue working across the connected listings when an item sells.
  • Draft or publish controls: Review your new listings as drafts before they go live or publish them immediately. If a listing encounters a publishing error, Nifty saves it as a draft instead of silently losing it.
  • Inventory management: Manage your existing listings through the Inventory Manager, where Bulk Crosslisting, inventory organization, and other listing actions live in one workflow.

Nifty pays for itself in just a few weeks by cutting down the repetitive work involved in managing and recreating listings across marketplaces. Start with a 7-day free trial and try Bulk Crosslisting with your existing inventory.
