Vendoo Review: Pricing, Features, And An Alternative (2026)
Vendoo is worth it for casual sellers managing small inventories, but falls short for serious and part-time resellers who need advanced, reliable automation and inventory analytics.
For example, a beginner listing a handful of items a month gets unlimited crosslisting on Vendoo's $14.99 Starter plan. But that tier has no bulk actions and no AI, so the work stays manual as you grow.
I went through Vendoo’s 2026 pricing, features, Help Center, and recent user reviews to work out what each tier actually gets you. I’ll help you decide whether Vendoo fits your needs, and you’ll learn all about Nifty, a much better alternative.
What is Vendoo?
Vendoo is a crosslisting and inventory management tool for multiplatform resellers who want centralized control over their listings.
Sellers can post items simultaneously to Depop, eBay, Poshmark, Etsy, Mercari, Facebook Marketplace, Grailed, Vestiaire Collective, Shopify, Sellwild, and Whatnot.
How does Vendoo help resellers?
Vendoo helps resellers by linking their listings from multiple marketplaces into one easy-to-use platform. Every plan now includes unlimited items and 10+ marketplaces.
Bulk actions, AI, and background removals unlock as you move up the tiers. Here's what Vendoo gives you:
- Import listings: Sellers import existing listings from connected marketplaces or upload product photos directly to Vendoo. But users must manually match items across platforms through click-to-confirm processes.
- Crosspost to other platforms: Vendoo posts listings to multiple marketplaces at once, and every plan now reaches 10+ marketplaces from one interface. The old 3-marketplace limit and the add-on you needed to lift it are both gone.
- AI listing enhancement (on the paid tiers above Starter): Vendoo improves listings you have already drafted. You still write the first version yourself, and there is no AI on the Starter plan. It does not build a listing from a photo or generate hashtags.
- Track inventory: Vendoo stores inventory data and provides basic business analytics for tracking sales across platforms. Sellers manually enter sales data for profit tracking, so profit figures are only as accurate as what you type in.
- Native mobile app: The Vendoo app for iOS and Android lets sellers manage listings and inventory from smartphones or tablets. It supports crosslisting, inventory updates, and basic analytics on mobile devices, though users report glitches and crosslisting problems.
Note that sale detection doesn’t run on the app. Vendoo’s Help Center states sales are “detected only from the computer.”
- Limited photo editing: Vendoo includes high-resolution image hosting, editing, and resizing on every plan. Photoroom background removal is included, but every plan caps the number, and Starter gets none. Editing is limited to cropping plus contrast, brightness, and saturation. No annotating, fine-tuning, or redacting.
- Analytics: Vendoo calculates earnings after marketplace fees, shipping, and product costs. It breaks sales down by marketplace, category, sub-category, and brand, and tracks average sale price. It won't prepare documents to help with your taxes.
Vendoo pricing and plan details
Vendoo's pricing runs from $14.99 to $59.99 per month, with a custom Enterprise tier above that. Every paid plan includes unlimited items, all supported marketplaces, sale detection and auto-delist, importing, delist and relist, listing templates, analytics, and the mobile app.
The separate add-ons Vendoo used to sell, for importing, bulk delist and relist, all marketplaces, and marketplace sharing, are gone. Those capabilities now come with the tiers instead.
Here's an overview of each Vendoo plan:
- Starter ($14.99/month, or $12.49 billed annually): Unlimited items and all supported marketplaces, plus sale detection, auto-delist, importing, listing templates, analytics, and the app. No background removals, no AI, and no bulk actions, so every edit is one at a time.
Note: Connecting Vendoo to your Shopify store will include a $9.99 monthly charge, billed directly through Shopify.
- Growth ($29.99/month, or $24.99 annually): Everything in Starter, plus AI Listing Enhancement, bulk actions on up to 240 listings at once, and up to 300 Photoroom background removals. Vendoo marks this tier as its recommended plan.
- Pro ($59.99/month, or $49.99 annually): Everything in Growth, plus automatic send offers on 6 marketplaces, marketplace sharing for Poshmark, Depop, and Grailed, up to 1,500 background removals, listing videos for Poshmark and eBay, and premium support with live calls.
- Enterprise (custom pricing): Built for businesses creating over 1,000 new listings a month. Vendoo’s pricing page doesn’t quote a figure, so you’ll need to contact sales.
- Vendoo also sells a separate Enterprise software plan for high-volume teams, at $399/month for three seats, with extra seats at $27 each. Having Vendoo’s own agents create your listings is a further add-on, at $749/month/account.
Annual billing saves you up to 2 months. There is no permanent free plan in the U.S. anymore.
Vendoo runs a 14-day free trial that requires a card up front and charges automatically when the trial ends, so set a reminder. UK sellers are the exception and still have a free tier under Vendoo's older pricing.
UK sellers can opt for a free plan (5 items, 3 background removals), Simple at £16.99, Plus at £27.99, and Pro at £49.99, all with monthly item caps, and sale detection limited to eBay, Depop, and Whatnot.
Note: Vendoo’s own Help Center hasn’t caught up with the change. It still tells sellers that plans are based on the number of new items they add each month, a rule that ended with the old pricing. If you land there first, you may think you’re buying an item allowance. The pricing page is the one to go by.
Vendoo pros and cons
Vendoo's pros include being a beginner-friendly tool with native mobile app access and broad marketplace coverage. Its limits show up in the entry tier's missing tools and in automation that depends on your computer staying awake. Here's a detailed look at Vendoo's pros and cons:
Pros
- Suitable for beginners: Vendoo provides straightforward crosslisting tools that help new sellers manage basic inventory across multiple marketplaces without technical complexity.
- Native mobile app support: The tool offers dedicated iOS and Android applications that allow sellers to manage inventory, check analytics, and update listings from smartphones or tablets.
- Unlimited items on every paid plan: Since the pricing overhaul there are no monthly listing caps in the U.S., so you won't hit a ceiling mid-month and get pushed into an upgrade.
Cons
- The entry tier is stripped back: Starter gives you no bulk actions, no AI, and zero background removals. You cannot bulk edit, bulk relist, or bulk delete, which gets painful fast once you’re working in batches.
- AI only improves, doesn’t create: Vendoo's AI Listing Enhancement improves a listing you have already written, and it only appears on Growth and Pro. You still write the first draft, and you don't get hashtags or tone control.
- Automation needs your computer switched on: Vendoo's Help Center states your computer must be on and connected, with Vendoo running in an open browser tab. Sale detection covers only 6 of the supported marketplaces and is still in beta.
What real users are saying
Some Vendoo users praise how easy it is to pick up, while others say it lacks important features and that its mobile app performs poorly. Explore the following feedback from actual Vendoo subscribers:

Vendoo vs. Nifty: Which works better for serious sellers?
Sellers comparing Vendoo vs. Nifty should consider Nifty if they need AI generation features for listings, hashtags, and title descriptions. Beginners or sellers with small inventory will find Vendoo more suitable.
Nifty wins on:
- Automation: Nifty runs cloud-based automation for sharing, relisting, sending offers, and follows across Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, and Depop, and it keeps running with your laptop shut. Its AI needs no prompt either: one photo produces a title, description, keywords, and hashtags.
- Crosslisting + auto-delisting that runs unattended: Nifty crosslists across six reselling websites: Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, Depop, Etsy, and Whatnot. When an item sells, Nifty delists it everywhere else automatically, and it does that in the cloud, so it works with your browser closed.
- Inventory analytics: Nifty tracks profit in real time with automatic fee parsing, expense categorization, and tax-ready expense reports. Vendoo tracks profit too, but it doesn’t produce profit-and-loss statements, order reports, or expense reports.
Where Vendoo passes:
- Simple interface: Vendoo provides a straightforward interface that reduces complexity for new sellers who want basic crosslisting functionality without advanced analytics or AI generation.
- Broad marketplace reach: Vendoo covers 10+ marketplaces including Grailed, Vestiaire Collective and Sellwild. If you sell on those, Vendoo is the tool that reaches them.
- Lower upfront cost: Vendoo's $14.99 entry price undercuts Nifty, and unlimited items at that tier is a real deal. However, matching Nifty's feature set means Growth at $29.99 or Pro at $59.99, and even then Vendoo’s automation stops when your computer sleeps.
Is Vendoo worth it in 2026?
Vendoo is worth it for sellers who spend a few hours a week on sales and need broad crosslisting without hands-off automation. At $14.99/month, unlimited items across all supported marketplaces is a fair deal, and you can try the whole thing free for 14 days.
However, once your listings grow, Vendoo may fall short. Starter has no bulk actions, so you’ll be pushed to Growth at $29.99/month sooner than the entry price suggests.
Final verdict
Get Vendoo now if you sell across niche marketplaces like Grailed, Vestiaire Collective, or Sellwild, and you want the widest reach for the lowest entry price.
Shortlist Vendoo if you're side hustling a few dozen items and you don't mind leaving a computer running for the automation to work. Budget for Growth, not Starter.
Avoid Vendoo if you want automation that runs while your laptop is closed, need bulk tools at the entry price, or want AI that builds a listing directly from a photo.
