Vendoo and OneShop both help resellers crosslist products and automate tasks, but they differ greatly. Vendoo supports more marketplaces and offers stronger AI and analytics tools, while OneShop focuses on a smaller group of resale marketplaces.

In this Vendoo vs. OneShop comparison, I’ll break down pricing, marketplace support, automation, AI features, analytics, and overall value. By the end, you’ll know which tool better fits your resale business.

Vendoo vs. OneShop: What’s the difference?

Vendoo is a crosslisting and reseller management tool supporting 10 marketplaces, with inventory management, AI listing tools, sales analytics, photo editing, automation, and bulk tools.

OneShop is a crosslisting and automation tool offering auto-delisting, automated seller actions, relisting, and unified sales tracking.

Choose Vendoo if you sell across several marketplaces and want broader crosslisting support, AI listing tools, detailed analytics, and inventory management.

Choose OneShop if you want straightforward crosslisting with automated seller tasks such as relisting, sharing, and auto-delisting after sales.

Vendoo vs. OneShop: At a Glance

Feature Vendoo OneShop
Starting pricing $14.99/month $45/month
Pros More marketplaces, AI tools, flexible pricing Simple pricing, solid Poshmark automation
Cons Automation requires computer running continuously Fewer marketplaces, limited advanced tools
Ideal sellers Multi-platform and higher-volume online resellers Newer and part-time online resellers

Meet Vendoo

Vendoo dashboard showing automated sale detection, delisting across marketplaces, marketplace connections, inventory management, and sales analytics tools for online resellers.

Vendoo is a beginner-friendly crosslisting and automation tool. It works with 10 marketplaces and offers inventory management and AI listing and title generation tools.

Meet OneShop

OneShop interface displaying supported resale marketplaces, including Poshmark, Mercari, Depop, and eBay, with sign-up and login options for online sellers.

OneShop is a tool that connects to Poshmark, eBay, Depop, and Mercari, allowing for crosslisting and limited automation. You can import and draft listings on its interface.

Crosslisting and marketplace support

Feature Vendoo OneShop
Supported marketplaces eBay, Poshmark, Mercari, Etsy, Depop, Grailed, Facebook Marketplace, Shopify, Vestiaire Collective, Whatnot eBay, Poshmark, Depop, and Mercari
Bulk listing features Crosslist unlimited items, with 240-item bulk action limits Bulk editing on templates
Auto-delisting Auto-delists on Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, Depop, and Whatnot Auto-delists from eBay, Poshmark, Depop, and Mercari

Crosslisting features let you create listings from a central dashboard and publish them across multiple marketplaces. You can import pre-existing listings and publish them to other marketplaces, too. This feature helps you reach more potential buyers and increase your chances of making sales.

Vendoo crosslisting and marketplace support

Vendoo integrates with the following 10 marketplaces:

  • eBay
  • Poshmark
  • Mercari
  • Whatnot
  • Etsy
  • Grailed
  • Facebook Marketplace
  • Shopify
  • Vestiaire Collective
  • Depop

You can bulk import inventory and crosslist items across connected marketplaces without Vendoo imposing a crossposting limit. Vendoo also supports multi-quantity listings for tracking multiple units of the same item.

You also get bulk editing and relisting tools, with Bulk Edit and Bulk Delist & Relist supporting up to 240 listings at once.

Vendoo also offers iOS and Android mobile apps for managing listings and inventory from your phone.

OneShop crosslisting and marketplace support

OneShop supports crosslisting across Depop, Mercari, Poshmark, and eBay.

You can add items to OneShop’s centralized dashboard, build listings, edit in bulk on templates, and publish them to connected marketplaces in a few clicks.

The tool also has auto-delist features, so when a crosslisted item sells on one platform, OneShop takes it off other connected marketplaces.

Like with Vendoo, OneShop also offers mobile apps for iOS and Android, allowing you to manage your listings directly from your phone.

Crosslisting and marketplace support winner

Vendoo wins for crosslisting and marketplace support because it connects to 10 marketplaces, compared with OneShop’s 4. The winner also offers stronger bulk tools, including unlimited crosslisting, bulk actions for up to 240 listings, multi-quantity support, and automatic delisting across more marketplaces.

Vendoo vs. OneShop: Automation

Automation Vendoo OneShop
Sales detection and delisting ✅ Yes, computer must remain on ✅ Yes, app must remain running
Automatic offers Poshmark, eBay, Depop, Mercari, Grailed, and Vestiaire Collective. Poshmark only
Sharing automation Shares listings across 3 marketplaces Shares listings automatically on Poshmark
Relisting automation Delist and relist plus marketplace sharing tools Relists across four supported marketplaces

Vendoo automation

Vendoo includes automatic sales detection and delisting with its Starter plan. Automatic offers and marketplace-sharing tools require Pro. These automation features require you to keep your computer running for the actions to continue.

These sales detection and auto-delisting features only work on Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, Depop, and Whatnot. Vendoo’s own sources contradict each other on whether its auto-delisting works on Etsy.

Also note that Vendoo previously integrated with Vinted and offered automatic delisting on Vinted, but users have said this connection no longer works. Plus, Vendoo no longer lists Vinted as a marketplace it can integrate with.

And Vendoo’s sales detection feature doesn’t work on the mobile app.

You can send automatic offers across up to 6 marketplaces. It lets you reshare and refresh listings from your closet without requiring you to manually share each item. Vendoo’s sharing tools work on Poshmark, Depop, and Grailed. Marketplace sharing isn’t yet available in the Vendoo app.

But like automatic sales detection and delisting, these features only work when your computer is running and your tabs are open.

OneShop automation

OneShop automatically detects sales and delists sold items. It also provides Poshmark automation for sharing, following, and sending offers to likers.

You can also automate relisting actions on Mercari, eBay, Poshmark, and Depop. OneShop's offers-to-likers automation is limited to Poshmark. eBay and Mercari have their own native auto-offer settings (managed directly in eBay Seller Hub and the Mercari app), but these aren't OneShop features.

However, when I used OneShop, it didn’t automatically delist any of my sold hoodies when I had my app switched off. My phone needed to stay on, with the app running in the background, for this feature to work.

Automation winner

Vendoo wins because it allows for automatic offers on 6 connected marketplaces vs. OneShop’s 4. However, if you’re only selling on 1 or 2 platforms, either Vendoo or OneShop could work, as they offer similar features.

Vendoo vs. OneShop: AI tools, analytics, and photo editing

Feature Vendoo OneShop
AI listing tools Generates titles and descriptions from photos Uses autofill, templates, listing preferences
Sales analytics Tracks revenue, profit, fees, marketplaces Tracks sales, goals, basic performance
Photo editing Removes backgrounds, crops, resizes, rotates Crops photos with limited editing
Overall capability Offers broader tools across categories Offers basic tools across categories

Vendoo AI tools, analytics, and photo editing

Vendoo offers AI tools on its Growth, Pro, and Enterprise plans that create listing titles and descriptions from uploaded photos and remove image backgrounds. However, you’ll still need to describe the item in a prompt to tell the AI what writing style you want.

It includes analytics tools that help you track sales, revenue, profit, fees, average sale price, and other performance metrics. You can compare revenue and profit by marketplace and identify your top-selling brands and categories.

Vendoo also provides built-in photo-editing tools for sprucing up your listing images. You can remove backgrounds, resize, crop, rotate, and make other basic adjustments without switching to a separate photo editor.

OneShop AI tools, analytics, and photo editing

OneShop doesn’t currently offer an AI listing generator, so you’ll generally need to write your listing copy yourself. However, its Smart Autofill, description templates, and listing preferences can reduce some of the manual work when creating listings.

The tool provides basic sales analytics, including a unified sales graph for monitoring sales performance and setting monthly goals. OneShop focuses on sales tracking rather than advanced reporting. It doesn’t have detailed category breakdowns, profit-and-loss statements, or other advanced financial reports.

Although OneShop lacks a full built-in photo editor, you can crop listing photos. But forget about color enhancement, background removals, and touch-up capabilities.

AI, analytics, and photo-editing winner

Vendoo wins by a mile. It offers an AI listing generator, more detailed sales and profit analytics, and a broader set of built-in photo-editing tools. OneShop covers some basics, but its Smart Autofill, limited sales tracking, and simple photo cropping don’t match Vendoo’s overall feature set.

Vendoo vs. OneShop: Pricing

Vendoo offers 4 pricing plans, starting at $14.99. OneShop only has 1, at $45. Here’s a breakdown of both tools’ pricing options.

Vendoo pricing

Vendoo plan Monthly pricing What’s included
Starter $14.99 Unlimited listings and crosslisting across 10 marketplaces, delist/relist, templates, and analytics
Growth $29.99 AI listing tools, bulk actions, and 300 Photoroom background removals
Pro $59.99 Automated offers, marketplace sharing, 1,500 background removals, and listing videos
Enterprise (1,000+ listings) Contact Sales Custom workflows, team support, and guided onboarding

Vendoo rolled out a new pricing model in mid-2026. It offers 4 plans based on available crosslisting features and selling needs. Every plan has a 14-day free trial.

The Starter plan costs $14.99/month and targets new or casual sellers who create fewer than 10 listings per week. It includes crosslisting, delist and relist tools, inventory tracking, and basic tools for managing listings across marketplaces.

At $29.99/month, the Growth plan suits part-time sellers creating more than 20 listings weekly. It adds tools for handling larger inventories, AI Listing Enhancement, Photoroom background removals, and more frequent listing activity.

The Pro plan costs $59.99/month and targets full-time resellers with higher listing volumes. It adds more automation and productivity features than the Growth plan.

Vendoo also offers an Enterprise plan with custom pricing for larger reseller businesses and teams. It includes personalized onboarding, dedicated support, and tools for more demanding resale operations.

You can also opt to pay lump-sum annual pricing, which can get you up to 2 free months, depending on the plan you buy.

OneShop pricing

OneShop plan Monthly pricing What’s included
Premium $45 Crosslisting, auto-delisting, sharing, offers, relisting automation

OneShop keeps pricing simple with its Premium plan at $45/month. The subscription includes crosslisting to Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, and Depop, plus automatic delisting, sharing, offers to likers, and relisting automation. You also get access to its iOS and Android mobile apps.

However, OneShop also slips in a commission fee: It charges an additional 13% commission plus 3.3% + $0.50 per invoice subtotal. For example, a Poshmark sale over $15 could result in total fees exceeding 36% once you combine OneShop’s charges with Poshmark’s selling fees.

The tool is best suited to newer or part-time resellers who sell across a few supported marketplaces and want basic automation under one subscription. Sellers with larger inventories or those who need more marketplace integrations and advanced tools may find the single-plan structure limiting.

Pricing winner

Vendoo wins for pricing. It’s better than OneShop at pricing because it offers 4 plans, giving buyers more choice than OneShop’s single $45/month plan.

What real users say

I searched websites like Reddit, Trustpilot, G2, and Capterra to find what other users had to say about Vendoo vs. OneShop.

Vendoo pros

  • A Vendoo user noted that the tool is very easy to use and Vendoo offers support if you need it (August 10th, 2026)
  • One reviewer said that the tool has helped their reselling business tremendously, and that the team always notifies them of new updates. (July 31st, 2026)

Vendoo cons

  • One user mentioned that Vendoo’s importer mismatched imports and found that the AI required extensive manual work. (August 1st, 2026)
  • A user experienced failed delisting and unsynced updates, forcing frequent manual corrections across multiple resale platforms. (May 15th, 2026)

OneShop pros

Note: OneShop doesn’t have any positive reviews within the last 6 months. Based on my glitchy experience, it seems that OneShop is a dying tool.

  • A user reported experiencing occasional glitches after updates, but they consistently returned to normal and supported business growth. (September 23rd, 2023)
  • One user said that although their friend’s Poshmark closet stopped sharing, OneShop worked fine sharing their Poshmark closet. (November 17th, 2025)

OneShop cons

  • A user discovered many supposedly active OneShop listings were missing after switching to Nifty recently. (February 8th, 2026)
  • One user complained that OneShop would constantly malfunction and disrupt their selling workflow. (December 4th, 2025)

My final verdict: Which should you choose?

Vendoo is the stronger option for most resellers. It has more marketplace integrations, better AI and analytics tools, and more flexible pricing. But if you’re still on the fence, here’s how to choose between them:

Choose Vendoo if you …

  • Sell across several marketplaces and want broader crosslisting support for platforms beyond OneShop’s limited selection of Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, and Depop.
  • Want more features in one tool, including AI listing generation, detailed sales analytics, photo editing, automated offers, and sharing.
  • Want more pricing flexibility with four plans starting at $14.99/month, instead of paying OneShop’s $45 monthly subscription plus additional transaction fees.

Choose OneShop if you …

  • Only sell on a few marketplaces and primarily need crosslisting and automation for Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, and Depop.
  • Prefer a single pricing plan and don’t mind paying $45/month for basic crosslisting, auto-delisting, sharing, offers, and scheduled relisting features.

Not keen on Vendoo or OneShop? Try Nifty

If you’re uninspired by both tools’ capabilities, stop considering Vendoo vs. OneShop and try Nifty instead. It’s a crosslisting and automation tool that lets you manage listings across multiple platforms and automate tasks in the cloud, while your computer is off. And Nifty is now available in the UK and Australia, too.

Here’s why more sellers trust Nifty:

  • Customized AI listing: Snap a pic and let Nifty's AI build a complete listing, with SEO-optimized titles and descriptions, and trending hashtags already filled out for you. You can even customize how AI writes your listings to follow your unique style.
  • Bulk crosslisting: Publish up to 25 listings at once with marketplace-specific pricing rules, shipping presets, and AI-enhanced titles and descriptions. Start in Nifty or import from eBay, then export everywhere in one action.
  • Marketplace-specific pricing rules: Save pricing templates for each marketplace and apply them automatically during bulk crosslisting to keep listings consistent without manual edits.
  • Crosslist now: With a couple of clicks, post your items across Whatnot, Depop, Poshmark, eBay, Mercari, and Etsy. No copy-paste clutter and no multi-tab hopscotch. (More marketplaces coming soon!)
  • Lightweight Facebook Marketplace integration: Select multiple inventory items and export a CSV formatted for quick Facebook Marketplace uploads.
  • Automatic delisting? Handled: When you make a sale, Nifty's sales detection auto-delists that item from every marketplace. Say goodbye to double-selling disasters and "sorry, it's already gone" apology messages. And unlike Vendoo and OneShop, Nifty’s automatic delisting works when your computer is off.
  • Bulk tools = no busywork: Share and relist daily in just a few clicks. You can even schedule drafts to go live while you sleep and set automatic discounts that run deeper over time.
  • Analytics and profits are real: Track sales, fees, top performers, and slow movers in one clean dashboard, so you can actually see what's working and what's just dead space. You can also set and track seller goals directly from your home screen.

Nifty pays for itself in just a few weeks. Stop weighing Vendoo against OneShop and start with a 7-day free trial of Nifty.

FAQs

1. Is Vendoo or OneShop easier to use?

Both OneShop and Vendoo have straightforward dashboards. Vendoo's broader marketplace support and mobile app make setup faster for multi-platform sellers. It also provides AI generation, which makes creating titles and listings easier than on OneShop. OneShop lacks an AI listing generator, so the tool still relies on templates and autofill, resulting in loads of manual entry.

2. Which is better for Poshmark, Vendoo, or OneShop?

Vendoo is better for Poshmark because it offers crosslisting, automatic offers, sharing, sales detection, and automatic delisting. It also provides stronger AI, analytics, and photo-editing tools. OneShop offers similar core Poshmark automation, but its higher price and more limited overall feature set make Vendoo the better value.

3. Can Vendoo and OneShop auto-delist sold items?

Yes, both Vendoo and OneShop detect sales and auto-delist across connected marketplaces. But these tools don’t work entirely in the cloud, so Vendoo requires your computer to remain on, while OneShop requires its mobile app to keep running.
