Crosslist review: Is it worth it in 2026?

Crosslist helps resellers list across 11+ marketplaces from a single workflow, but its AI tools and Poshmark automation aren’t as strong as other tools. I used Crosslist’s Gold Plan and listed vintage Nirvana hoodies across 5 platforms to see exactly where it holds up.

Crosslist review: Quick verdict

Crosslist is a strong choice for mid-sized sellers and resellers. But once you're adding more than 1,000 new listings a month, you'll need Crosslist's priciest Diamond plan to avoid limits. The AI only writes descriptions, and you can only automatically delist sold items across marketplaces on higher tiers. You can’t schedule listings to go live later. 

I evaluated Crosslist by listing vintage Nirvana hoodies across Poshmark, Depop, eBay, Etsy, and Grailed. 

Key features I learned from testing Crosslist

After signing up for Crosslist’s Gold Plan, I connected my accounts on the marketplaces I sell on. Then, I snapped a few pictures of my newest item, a black Nirvana hoodie, and began using the tool. Here’s what I found:

Crosslisting and marketplace management

Crosslist’s templates let sellers publish inventory across multiple marketplaces from a single workflow, reducing the need to switch between platforms. But template creation is rigid, as you can’t add custom fields. 

Marketplace fields also appear in a single combined view instead of being separated by platform, which makes it hard to track what's going live where. For instance, Crosslist piles Mercari’s Smart Pricing with eBay’s auction-only listings and Grailed’s Accept offers. It’s pretty confusing and would take some time to get used to. 

AI listing generation and photo tools

All plans offer a $4.99 AI add-on, which will generate a product description from photos you upload. However, the AI doesn’t generate titles, tags, or item specifics such as size, color, and style. That means you still need to enter much of the listing manually. 

For smaller sellers, that may not matter much. If you're creating 30 or more listings per day, though, the extra work can add up quickly.

However, Crosslist’s AI background removal works quite well. You’ll also get a solid editing tool that lets you crop, fine-tune, filter, and adjust photos to make your items look more appealing.

Crosslisting on 11+ platforms

Crosslist lets you publish inventory on the following marketplaces:

Automation tools

Crosslist automates several platform-specific actions: eBay auction pricing, Mercari Smart Pricing, Poshmark liking, following, and sending offers. These run in the background and reduce manual actions, which saved me an average of 45 minutes per day.

Poshmark automation doesn’t run in the cloud, so you can’t use it through the Crosslist app or let it run in the background. To automate Poshmark sharing, liking, following, and offers, you must keep your computer on with the Crosslist Chrome extension running.

It also doesn't offer scheduled publishing. You can't queue listings to go live at a specific time or set marketplace-specific publishing windows. Auto-delisting is only available on the Gold and Diamond plans.

Crosslist pricing: At a glance

Crosslist offers four pricing plans, ranging from $29.99 to $44.99/month. However, the tool offers a 15% discount if you go with the quarterly (every 3 months) plan and a 30% discount if you opt for the annual plan. These discounts also apply to the AI add-on, which costs an extra $4.99/month. 

Each plan offers the same core features, such as connectivity with 11+ marketplaces, manual delisting, and bulk editing. 

However, Crosslist only offers a short 3-day money-back guarantee, which is fewer days than the 7- or 14-day free trial that most other crosslisting tools offer. And, you must enter your credit card information to start using Crosslist. 

To qualify for the money-back guarantee, you’ll need to limit your usage to fewer than 20 listings and contact the support team to cancel within 72 hours of your purchase. Refunds for annual plans have a $9.99 processing fee. 

Which plan offers the best value?

For most resellers, the Gold plan, at $39.99/month, offers the best overall value. It supports up to 1,000 new listings per month, CSV imports and exports, autodelisting, and sales analytics. 

The plan also increases image limits to 15 photos/listing (most marketplaces allow between 8 and 24 photos). The Bronze and Silver plans both only allow 9 images/listing.

For the Gold Plan, remember to add Crosslist's AI tools for an additional $4.99 per month, which includes 1,000 monthly AI credits.

Who will likely overpay?

Sellers who opt for the Diamond Plan will most likely overpay. Although unlimited listings and 24 photos per listing sound appealing, publishing more than 1,000 listings per month is a task often done by serious, full-time resellers. 

Likewise, the optional $4.99 AI add-on for any plan can be seen as an overpayment because it only works for description generation and background removals. So it’s up to you to manually write titles, tags, sizing, color, and style info. That extra manual work can add up quickly, especially for high-volume sellers.

The bottom line: You'll most likely need to be a full-time seller or reseller to publish that many listings. But still, you’ll be spending loads of time manually entering all other listing details besides descriptions. 

Alternative options to Crosslist

If you’ve read this far and think that Crosslist isn’t for you, there are other options:

• Sell part-time and create listings with an inventory of ~25 items weekly while wanting basic automation for Poshmark, Mercari, and eBay.
• Need an in-depth photo editing tool that lets you remove backgrounds and gives you more control over how your items appear.

Avoid Crosslist if you …

• Are a high-volume reseller or seller publishing ~250 weekly listings and need scheduled publishing.
• Need detailed descriptions generated by AI to save time, such as optimized titles, keyword tags, and brand fields to drive more platform search traffic.
• Have a major presence on Poshmark and need an automation tool that sends offers, likes, and follows in the cloud, not with a desktop running 24/7.
